AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING 0
ZONING MA.P
The City Comcil of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1, SECTION 1504 OF ORDINANCE NO, 9060 ANUENDED,
Section 1504 of Ordinance No, 9060 is hereby
“Section 1504, The potential R- Zone in R-1 Zones as
presently delineated on the zoning map are hereby removed
and shall hereafter be shown as Zone R-1, It
SECTION 2, EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect on the 31st day from and after the date of its passage.
SECTION 3, PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
Carls b ad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
held on the 6th day of December, 1960, and finally adopted at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the 20th day of December, 1960, by the following vote,
to wit: \
AYES: Councilmen Guevara, Bierce, Sonneman and La Roche.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAINED: Councilman
