AN ORDINANCE OF AMENDING ORDfNa
CERTAIN DESIGBA CITY OF CARLSBAB FROM ZONE R-1-15,OOO
Sq, ft. TO ZONE R-T AND FROM ZONE R-A TO ZONE C-2,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows;
PECTION 1, SECTION 302 OF ORDmUCE NO, 9060 AMENDED,
Section 302 of Ordinance Bo. 9060, is hereby amended to provide that the
following described lands being situated in the City of Carlsbad, Co
San Diego, State of California, be changed in zone as follows:
From Zone R-A to Zone C-2,
The southeasterly corner of the entire parcel in Tax Assessor's Book 35, Page 105, Parcel 7,
measuring approxi ly 300 ft, on the easterly
side, 175 ft. on th herly side, 275 ft. on
the westerly side and 175 ft, on the northerly sidej
and from Zone R-1-15,000 sq. ft, to Zone R-T,
Lots 10 and 11, Block D, Bella Vista TracQ,,;
and from Zone R-A-IO, 000 sq,: ft. to R-T,
The remainder of that rtion of Lot Io Rancho Agua Hedionda, as shown in Tax Assessor% Book 35, Page 105, Parcel 7, of the County of San Diego.
