AN ORDI CE OF TfEE CITY OF CARLSBAD ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ENCLOSURE OF SWIMMING POOLS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. DEFINITIONS,
