L,. * . r 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO. 8036 AN ORDI CE OF TfEE CITY OF CARLSBAD ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ENCLOSURE OF SWIMMING POOLS. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: SECTION I. DEFINITIONS, (a) Svui”iBg Pool. A container or structure designed imming or wading b SECTION 2.
