ORDINANCE NO. 3058
A.N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD RESTRICTING THE USE
OF POWER BOATS ON THE AGUA
DA LAGOON BETWEEN THE S. F. RAILWAY TRESTLE
AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNU 101 FREEWAY.
The Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:

shall operate a power boat on that portion of the Agua Nedionda Lagoon lying
between said Freeway bridge and the A. T. & S. F. Railway trestle.
EXCEPTIONS. Section 1 shall not apply to the following:

authorized by permit from the City of Carlsbad to operate their
