ORDINANCE NO. 3063
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY AMENDING ORDINA . 3027 AND 3060, REGARDING SPEED UPON CARLSBAD
BOULEVARD; SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3041 REPEALED AND ANGLE PARKlNG PROHIBITED ON CARLSBAD BOULEVARD; ORDINANCE NO. 3005 AMENDED BY ADDING SECTION 62(a), RESTRICTING PARKING ON HIGHLAND DRIVE BETWEEN ARLAND ROAD
The City Council f the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follow
SECTION 1. SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3027 AND S

SECTION 4. ORDINANCE NO. 3005 AMENDED BY ADDING
SECTION 62(d). Ordinance No. 3005 is hereby a

Carlsbad Boulevard is a heavily traveled highway in the
y of Carlsbad and is used extensively by children using
recreation facilities near the shore line. The public's
health, safety and lives are placed in jeopardy because
of an excessive speed of cars traveling along Carlsbad
