Section 2 of 0 force and effe e No. 3041 is hereby repealed and shall be of no further Easterly and Westerly side of Carlsbad Boulevard. SECTION 4. ORDINANCE NO. 3005 AMENDED BY ADDING SECTION 62(d). Ordinance No. 3005 is hereby a 62(d), which shall read as follows: t! Section 62(d). Parking on Highland Drive restricted. It shall unlawful for any person to park his vehicle upon the East side of Highland Drive-between Arland Roa SECTION 5. SECTION 84(n) OF ORDINANCE NO. 3032 REPEALED, Section 84(n) of Ordinance No. 3032 be, and the same is hereby repealed and is of no further force and effect. SECTION 6. URGENCY. This ordinance is hereby declared to be urgent and necessary r the immediate prese and safety, and it shall take eff and approval. The following is a statement of such urgency: Carlsbad Boulevard is a heavily traveled highway in the y of Carlsbad and is used extensively by children using recreation facilities near the shore line. The public's health, safety and lives are placed in jeopardy because of an excessive speed of cars traveling along Carlsbad -2-
