AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AMENDING ORDINANCE 9060 BY ADDING TO AND DELETING CER SUBSECTION (2) AND (3) OF SECTION 900,
ARTICLE 9, TO ALLOW RESTAURANTS IN MOTELS, AND *‘ON SALE” LIQUOR ESTAB-
LISHMENTS IN HOTELS AND MOTELS JN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: 8l 1
