SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED. i i I Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the following described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-A 10, 000 (Residentia Agricultural) to Zone R-1-7, 500 (Single family residential), said lands being situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as: That portion of fLot 7, Section 32, T 11 S, R 4 W, SBM and that portion of Tract 124 Carlsbad Lands as per Map No. 1661, records of San Diego County, California, in the City of Carlsbad and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Monroe Street (60 feet wide) with the centerline of Basswood Avenue (60 feet wide) with the centerline of Basswood Avenue (60 feet wide) as said streets are shown on Belladonna Heights Unit No. I, Map No. 3955, records of said San Diego County; thence South 30" 09I 4Olt West, 18.94 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 61Q 26* 18'' West, 138.05 feet; thence North 30" 09* 40" East, 705. 85 feet; thence North 12" 49l 55" West, 86. 30 feet; thence South 72" 54* 20" West, 147.00 feet; thence North 17" 05l 20" West, 580.00 feet; thence North 31" 57' 30" East, 214. 51 feet; thence North 3" 47* 30" East, 265.86 feet; thence North 89" lof 50" West, 520.52 feet; thence South lU 27* 43" West, 997.91 feet; thence North 89" 03' 25" West, 551.60 feet; thence South 19" 35l 46" East, 614.43 feet; thence South 61@ 26* 18" East, 821. 01 feet, to a point in the centerline of said Basswood Avenue; thence North 30* 09I 40" East along the centerline of said Basswood Avenue 270. 31 feet to the true point of beginning. The location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown on the zoning map amendment No. 46, which map is attached hereto and made a part of the ordinance. 1 ~ I i SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage. SECTION 4. PUBLICATION, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
