CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the followirj
described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-2 (Two-Family Residential) to
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 49 ADOPTED. The

location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 49, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance. -
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and
is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsb d. i First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
held on the 18th day of June, 1963, and finally passed, approved and adopted at a1
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
