CALIFORN €0 ORDINANCE NO. 9151 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING CITY OF CARLSBAD ORDINANCE NQ. 9060 BY ADDING THERETO ARTICLE 6.5 ESTABLISHING AN R-3L ZONE The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as lows: SECTION 1. ORDINANCE NO, 9060 AMENDED BY ADDING SECTION 6.5 lrdinance No, 9060 is hereby amended by adding thereto article 6.5, uhich section shall read as follows: ident ial 11 Zane (R-3L Zone). Se'c'tion' 650: Permitted Uses, In the R-3L Zone only the following uses are permitted and 3s hereinafter specifically provided and allowed by this article, subject to the provisions of article 15 governing off-street parkin requirements. (1) Single-family dwellings, (2) Two-family dwellings. (3) Three-family dwellings. (4) Four-family dwealings. Section 651: Height. E ive In the R-3L Zone no building shall exceed a height feet. Secti'on 652: Front Yard, Every lot in the R-3L Zone shall have a front yard of Of thirty not less than twenty feet, except that on key lots and lots which side upon commercially or industrially zoned property the depth of the required front yard need not exceed fifteen feet.
