AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3048 OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD REGARDING DOG CONTROL.

Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3048 is hereby amended to read as follows:

is hereby amended by adding Sections 11. 3, 11.4 and 11. 4. 5, which
sections shall read as follows:
Section 11. 3. Application for license. A separate application

form provided by the County Assessor, the County Tax Collector
or the Livestock Inspector, and shall be filed with the designated
officer or employee on or before January 31st of each year. If

days thereafter. It is declared to be the intent of this section to

upon application of its owner, be issued a transfer license good
for the remainder of the calendar year upon payment of a fee of

year. The fee for any license issued to the owner of a dog or
dogs first becoming subject to the licensing provisions hereof
after June 30th of any calendar year shall be one-half (112) the
full fee for that year.
Section 11.4. 5. Fee with application. At the time of
making the application, the owner shall pay a fee of Three
Dollars ($3. 00) per annum.
