SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO, 3048 AMENDED, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3048 is hereby amended to read as follows: 22 23 24 8 9 IQ accompanying visitors or tourists who do not stay within the City of Carlsbad more than thirty (30) days. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3039 is hereby amended by adding Sections 11. 3, 11.4 and 11. 4. 5, which sections shall read as follows: Section 11. 3. Application for license. A separate application 1 be made for each dog. The application shall be made on the form provided by the County Assessor, the County Tax Collector or the Livestock Inspector, and shall be filed with the designated officer or employee on or before January 31st of each year. If 1 a ,dog is acquired by the owner or is brought into the City of 18 19 20 21 Carlsbad or reaches the age of four (4) months after January 1st of any year, the owner shall apply for a license within thirty (30) days thereafter. It is declared to be the intent of this section to apply to all dogs brought into the City of Carlsbad, except those 25 26 27 28 require vaccination and are similar to those of this city, may, upon application of its owner, be issued a transfer license good for the remainder of the calendar year upon payment of a fee of One Dollar ($1. 00). 31 32 31st upon the payment of the proper fee. At the time of making the application, the owner shall pay a fee of Three Dollars ($3. 00) per annum. the specified time, a penalty of Three Dollars ($3.00) shall be added to the fee.
