ORDINANCE NO, 9153.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 9060, CHANGING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE C-2, IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO, 9060 AMENDED,
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-1 (Residential) to Zone C-2
(General Commercial), said lands being situated in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as:
The South one-half (1/2) of the Northwest quarter (1/4) and the
Southwest quarter (114) of the Northeast quarter (1/4) all in
Section 18, T. 12 South, R. 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, being Parcels 2, 3 and 14, Book 221, Page 010 of the San Diego County Assessor*s Map.
SECTION 2. ZONING NLAP AMENDMENT NO, 52 ADOPTED, The
location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 52, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
C arls bad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
held on the 5th day of November, 1963, and finally passed, approved and adopted
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1963, by the following vo
