ORDINANCE NO, 9154.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM
CARLSBAD.
ZONE R-1 TO ZONE R-3, IN THE CITY OF
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-1 (One-family residential)
to Zone R-3 (Multiple Family residential), said lands being situated in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly
described as:
All that portion of Tract 115 of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to amended map
of the Town of Carlsbad, Map No. 775, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County on February 15, 1894, described as
follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southeasterly line of said Tract with the East line of said Tract, being the most Southerly corner
of a parcel of land conveyed by Charles Kreutzkamp and wife to William Kreutzkamp by Deed dated February 25, 1924, and recorded in Book
1253 Page 425 of Deeds, records of San Diego County; thence South 55" 27* West along the Southeasterly line of said Tract, 140.99 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing South 55" 27' West 70 feet to a point in the boundary line of said Tract, which is also the most Easter:
corner of a parcel of land deeded to Grace Williams Klahr and Esther
Klahr Palmer, by Deed recorded August 19, 1946 in Book 2221 Page 87 of Official Records; thence North 34" 33' West, along the boundary line of the said Klahr and Palmer parcel, 200.10 feet to a point in the South-
easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed by Charles Kreutzkamp and
wife to Albert Kreutzkamp by Deed dated March 13, 1928 and recorded in Book 1454 Page 97 of Deeds; thence North 55-27' East along the
Southeasterly line of the said Albert Kreutzkamp land 70 feet; thence
South 34' 33I East, 200.10 feet to the true point of beginning; being
Assessor's Parcel 11, Book 156, Page 180, according to Assessment
Roll of the fiscal year 1962-63 of San Diego County, California.
and
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southeasterly line of said Tract with the East line of said Tract, being the most Southerly corner
of a parcel of land conveyed by Charles Kreutzkamp and wife, to Williarr
Kreutzkamp, by deed dated February 25, 1924 and recorded in Book 125
Page 425 of Deeds, Records of San Diego County; thence North 34'" 33* West along the Southwesterly line of said parcel so conveyed to William
Kreutzkamp, being along a line at right angles to the Northwesterly line
of Oak Avenue, a distance of 200.10 feet to a point on the Southeasterly
line of a Parcel of land conveyed by the aforesaid grantors to Albert Kreutzkamp, by deed dated March 13, 1928, recorded in Book 1454, Pa$
97 of Deeds; thence South 55" 27' West along said Southeasterly line of
said Parcel so conveyed to Albert Kreutzkamp, a distance of 210.99 feet
along said Southeasterly line of said Parcel so conveyed to Albert Kreutzkamp, a distance of 70 feet; thence South 34" 33* East, a distance of 200.10 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Tract 115; thence
North 55" 27' East along said Southeasterly line, a distance of 70 feet to
a point; thence North 34" 33* West, a distance of 200.10 feet to the POINT'
OF BEGINNING; being Assessor*s Parcel 12, Book 156, Page 180, according to Assessment Roll of the fiscal year 1962-63 of San Diego
on the zoning map amendment No. 53, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
