AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AMENDLNG ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM
ZONE R-1 TO ZONE R-3, IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The C-ky Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follow
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-1 (Residential) to Zone R-3
(Multiple -family Residential), said lands being situated in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as:
Lots 11 and 12 of Optimo Tract, Map No. 1805; and Lot 21
together with the Northerly 15 feet of Lot 22; the Southerly 25 feet of Lot 25 together with the Northerly 25 feet of Lot 26; and Lot 28 of Optimo Tract No. 2, Map No. 2151, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 56 ADOPTED. The
location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
3n the zoning map amendment No. 56, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbt
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad held on the 4th day of February, 1964, and finally passed, approved an
adopted at a regular meeting held February 18, 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen McPherson, Bierce, Guevara, Neiswender and Hugk
