AN ORDINANCE OF THE: CITY OF CARLSBAD GRANTING RIGHT ON CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY TO GROW, SELL, AND RESELL
AT WHOLESALE AND RETAIL FLOWERS,
PLANTS, HORTICULTUWL PRODUCTS AND RETAIL MERCWDISE,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The right is hereby granted on the following described
lands, located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California:
and
All that portion of Lot '*Irr of Rancho Agua Hediondo, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof
No. 823, filed in the Office of the Recorder of said San Diego
County November 16, 1896, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 36 of Carlsbad Highlands, according to the Map thereof No. 2647 filed in the
Office of the Recorder of said San Diego County April 18, 1950, said corner being on the Southeast boundary of land conveyed to
Edward C. Hummel, et ux, by deed dated September 22, 1951 and recorded in Book 4270, page 317 of Official Records; thence South 63" 49' East along the Southwest line of said Lot 36, a distance of 250 feet to the most Southerly corner thereof; thence South 26" 11* West parallel with the said Southeast boundary of Hummel*s land 250 feet; thence North 63a 49' West parallel with the Southwest line of said Lot 36, a distance of 250 feet to the
most Southerly corner of said Hummel*s land; thence North 26'
11* East along said Southeasterly boundary of Hummel's land,
250 feet to the point of beginning.

days from and after the date of its passage.
SECTION 5. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad I
is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
Carlsbad.
