ORDINANCE NO, 9162
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AIMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1-10 TO ZONE R-1-7.5 IN THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-1-10 (Single-family
residential) to Zone R-1-7. 5 (Single-family residential), said lands being
situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described as:
Portions of Lots 66, 67, 68, 69, 71, 73, 74 and 75, Carlsbad
Highlands No. 2, Map 2825 and those portions of Lot I of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, and Lot 1 in Block F, Bella vista, Map
2152 in the City of Carlsbad; being Parcel 1, Book 207, Page 100 and Parcels 2, 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 15, Book 207, Page 081 of the
Assessorts Map of San Diego County, more particularly described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
SECTION 2. ZONING iUAP AMENDMENT NO, 60 ADOPTED, The
location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 60, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsba
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of
April, 1964, and finally passed, approved and adopted at a regular meeting held
3n the 21st day of April, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
