ORDINANCE NO, 9165
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-2 TO ZONE R-3 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-2tTwo-family Residential)
to Zone 33-3 (Multiple-family Residential), c&id
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly
described as:
being situated in the City
Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, in Block I of Palisades, Map 1747 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 63 ADOPTED. The
i location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 63, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION; The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
Carls bad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the - 2lstday oj
Ipril , 1964, and finally passed, approved and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 5th: day of May , 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Guevara, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
