AN ORDINANCE OF THE: CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING BY REFERENCE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, ORDINANCES NO
(NEW SERIES), 2587 (NEW SERIES), 263 1, 2618 {NEW SERIES), AND SECTIONS
5 AND 62.608 OF THE SAN DIEGO
Y CODE; REPEALING CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES, AND PROVIDING REMEDIES AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. CERTAIN COUNTY ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS OF . County of San Dieg

Series) 2618 (New Series), and Sections 62.607.5 and 62.608 of the San Diego
County Code are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though
€uUy set forth.
SECTION 2. VIOLATION AND MISDEMEANOR. Any person who
violates any provision of this ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. CONFLICTING ORDINANCES REPEALED, All ordinances
lr parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE: DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and
,e in force on the 31st day from and after its adoption.
SECTION 5. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
iereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
rournal, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Carlsbad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
Nay, 1964, and finally passed, approved and adopted at a regular meeting held
)n the 19th day of May, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Guevara, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
