ORDINANCE NO, 9060, CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNA-
and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown 1
on the zoning map amendment No. 65, which map is attached hereto and 1 I

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1, SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED. Section
302 of Ordinance No, 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the
following described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-1

State of California, being a portion of Lot J, Rancho Agua Eedionda,
in said County and State, according to Partition Map thereof No, 823,

Noveinber 16, 1886, being also a portion of Theoretical Section 5,
Township 12 South, Range 4 West, and Theoretical Section 32, Township
11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, being more
