The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO, 9060 AMENDED,
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-P (Residential-Professional)
to Zone C-M(Heavy Commercial - Limited Industrial Zone), said lands being
situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more

Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
Carlsbad.
Southwesterly 30 feet of Northeasterly one-half excepting the Northwesterly one-half of Lot 22 of Seaside Lands, Map 1722 in the City of Carlsbad.

SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 65 ADOPTED. The
location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 65, which map is attached hereto and made
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad I
First read at a regular meeting of the City “Council held on the 5th day of I
May, 1964, and finally passed, approved and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 19thday of May , 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Guevara, 27 //
