The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain 2.5 follo~s
SECT1CI.J 1. CiHAPTERS 3, 6, AND 7 OF DIVISIOPi 2 CF TITLE 6 OF
THE SAN DIEG9 COUNTY CODE ADOPTEE BY REFERENCE.
7 of Division 2 of Title 6 of the San Ciego County Code is hereby
adq3ted ky reference and incorporated herein a.s though fully set

SECTION 2. VIOLATIC??; A MISDEMEANOR. Any person !niho violates
any provision of this ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. CONFLICTING ORDIhTA,KCES REPEALED. A3 1 ordinaces
or parts of ordinances iil conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect
