AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE C-2.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.

ial) to Zone C-2 (General Commercial) of property described as:
All that portion of Block 5 in Carlsbad, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the amended map thereof
f775 filed in the office of the County Recorder February 15, 1894, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of Block 5 which is 100 feet Northwesterly from the most Southerly corner of said Block 5 running thence Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence North- easterly at right angles to said Southwesterly line of Block 5 for a distance of 215 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of the portion of said Block 5, conveyed by C. B. Brennenman to Helen R.
Knowles by deed dated February 17, 1899, and recorded in Book
276 Page 200, thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of
said land conveyed to Knowles for a distance of 200 feet to the
Southeasterly line of Block 5; thence Southwesterly along said South- easterly line of said Block 100 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly at right angles to the Southeasterly 100 feet; thence Southwesterly 115 feet to the point of beginning;
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 66 ADOPTED. The

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of
Carlsbad.
