CITY OF CARLSBAD.
pursuant to Section 51508 of the Government Code of the State
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TPXES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE DEPMTMENTS OF THE CITY OF CARLS- BAD AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TmS NECESSARY TO PAY

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1, REVENUE REQUIRED FROM PRoPmrY TAXES FQR THE
"CITY OF CARLSBAD SEWER DISTRICT NO, lLrt.
the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section 51508 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California does hereby, by this or-
dinance fix the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary
to pay the bonded indebtedness of the ttCity of Carlsbad Sewer

SECTTION 5. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
iereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once
in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
:irculation in the City of Carlsbad,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADQPTED by the City Council of the
Xty of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of
iugust, 1964 by the following vote, to wit:
