Section 13 of Ordinance No. 5010-A is hereby amended to read as follows: 1 2 4 ORDINANCE NO. 5037 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 5010-A, REGARDING WEED AND TRASH ABATENIENT, 8 9 11 Section 13.
