ORDINANCE NO. 3069
AN ORDINANCE WING UNLAVFVL THE WING OF ~UWN'RLS THAT CAUSE OFFENSIE' ODOR OR NOISE,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows
SEmION 1, KEEPING l"4I,S THAT CAUSE OFFENSIVE ODOR OR NOISE
JNLAWFUL. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain,
)r cause or allow to be kept or maintained within the city limits
If the City of Carlsbad any animal that causes odor OT noise which
is offensive to the senses of any person when said offended per-
;on is situated off of the lot or lots on which the animal is kept
ir maintained.
SECXION 2, EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect
ind be in force on-the'thirty-first day from and after its adoption,
SECTION 3, PUBLICHION. The City Clerk of the City of Carls-
>ad is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published
mce in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
5rculation in said City of Carlsbad.
First read at a;.regular meeting of the City Council of the
:ity of CarSsbddanthe 18th day of August, 1964, and finally passed,
xpproved and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of
jeptember, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
