3 1 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 6037.
AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 20
TO ORDINANCE NO. 6015 PROHIBITING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WITHIN CARDROOMS

I is hereby added to Ordinance No. 6015, which said section shall read as follows:
"SECTION 20; ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcoholic liquor or beverage shall be served, consumed, sold or 1
9 !/ given away in any cardroom, and no cardroom shall have an entrance lead-
y from and after its adoption.
SECTION 3: PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is here-
