AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 52 NUMBER 6005 REGARDING WHEEL TAX
SECTION 1: Section 52 of Ordinance Number 6005 is hereby
'amended to read as follows:
"SEGTEON 52: WHEEL TAX. --
Every person who does not have a regularly established
a// place of business within the City, who conducts business within 1
the City through the use of a motor vehicle or vehicles, shall
pay an annual license tax as follows:
(a) AT - RETAIL, for the first vehicle according to the
following schedule, and for each additional vehicle
used within the City, three-fifths of the rate for
the first vehicle:
Bread and bakery supplies ......... $ 80.00
Concrete or road mix ........... 100.00
Dairy and ice cream ............ 80.00
Dry cleaning ............... 100.00
19 Laundry .................. 100.00
Linen service 20.00 20
Meat distributor 80.00 21
Petroleum products (home delivery). 20.00 22
Retail bottled water supply 80.00 23
Retail ice supply 80.00 24
Rock and sand 100.00 25
Transfer or delivery service. 20.00 26
Water softener service. 100.00 27
Other businesses not herein specified 40.00 28

SECTION 2: EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect
