The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
fol 1 ows :
SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that
the following lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-1
(Single family residential) to Zone C-2 (General Commercial), said
lands being situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of Cali forni a, more parti cul arly described as :

That portion of Tract 237 of Thum hands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, According to map thereof No. 1681, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, December 9, 19'15, bounded by a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Tamarack Avenue, distant thereon North 61" 16' 23" east 155.00 feet from
the intersection of said center line with the centerline of Jefferson Street, as shown on said map; thence continu- ing north 61" 16' 23" east 194.10 feet to a point in the boundary of the land described in deed to the State of California, recorded March 25, 1952 in Book 4413, Page 494, Document No. 36930 of Official Records; thence along the boundary of said State land south 28" 43' 37" east 30.00 feet to the northwesterly line of Tract 237; thence from a tangent which bears south 78" 28' 07" east along a curve to the right with a radius of 100.00 feet through an angle of 47" 31' 37" a distance of 82.95 feet; thence south 30" 52' 40" east 62.67 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 7 of-Harbor Park, according to map thereof No. 3310, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, Septem- ber 12, 1955; thence along the boundary of said Harbor Park
AH ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING CEJTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-'1 TO ZONE C-2 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
south 61" 21' west 232.09 feet to an angle point therein; thence north 28" 39' 40" west 165.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the northwesterly 30.00 feet of the above described parcel.
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 69 ADOPTED. The
location and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are
to be shown on the zoning map amendment No. 69, which map is attach-
ed hereto and made a part of the ordinance.
