AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM
ZONE R-P TO ZONE C-2 IN THE CITY OF CARLS-
BA
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:

I SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO, 9060 AMENDED, -
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the fol-
lowing lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-P (Residential - Pro-
larly described as:
fessional) to Zone C-2 (General Commercial), said lands being situated in I1

Lots 7 and 8, Block 67, Map 535, Townsite of Carlsbad, in the
City of Carlsbad;
SECTION 2. ZONING IAAP AMENDMENT NO, 70 ADOPTED. The location

15 I and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown on the
16 I/ zoning map amendment No. 70, which map is attached hereto and made a part
of the ordinance.

SECTION 3, EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect and be

in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of
May, 1965, and finally passed, approved and adopted at a regular meeting held
on the 18th day of May, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, I NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
