AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ESTABLISHING SEXFER CONNECTION FEE FOB
EL CAMINO REAL SEWER PRQ- JECT 5-1.

6 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby ordain as follows:

/j SECTION 1: No person shall be allowed to connect a sewer to the trunk I 7 I
/El Camino Real Sewer Project 5-1 are on file in the Office of the City Engineer
of the City of Carlsbad and are open to public inspection. Said documents i I
sewer line known as El Camino Real Sewer Project 5-1 unless he has first I 8
9 paid to the City of Carlsbad a connection fee therefore in an amount equal to

$150. times the number of acres to be served, and in no event may such fee 10 //

SECTION 5: PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad
