Ail ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3 and R-1-7.5 TO ZONE C-1, IN THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as

SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED, SUBJEC
