ORDINANCE NO. 9185
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM
OF CARLSBAD. ZONE R-A-10 TO ZONE C-2, IN THE CITY
I 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the
f following described lands be changed in zone from Zone R-A-10 to
Zone c-2, aid lands being situated in the City of Carlsbad, County 1 I

described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 72 ADOPTED. The location
and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 72, which map is attached hereto and
made a part of the ordinance. ! SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final
passage. I
