AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ARTICLE 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 (R-T ZONE). The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as f 01 1 ows : SECTION I. ,ARTICLE 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060. ARTICLE 9 OF Section 900: R-T - Residential - Tourist Zone: This zone is create1 to provide an area in which development oriented towards tourism and the tourist trade is to be centered and to allow certain commercial uses to be integrated with the residential development to adequately care for the tourist and those Mho come .to the City as a resort. The following uses only shall be permitted in the R-T Residential Tourist Zone, unless as may be otherwise provided for in this Ordinance. - A. Motels or Hotels. €3. Dwellings. C. Accessory buildings within the required rear yard may be located no closer than 5 feet from an interior side or rear yard property line, except the accessory buildings within the required rear yard on a reversed corner lot shall maintain a minimum side yard to the street property line of 20 feet, B.
