ORDINANCE NO. 9201
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE , CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM TO R-W IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follow:
SECTION 1.
of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the follow-
ing lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-T (Residential-
Tourist) to Zone R-W (Residential-Waterway), said lands being
situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described as:
SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED. Section 302
Lots 1 through 13, 15 through 71, and Lot 74, Shelter Cove, Map 5162 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
SECTION 2. ZONING b?AP AMENDMENT NO. 75 ADOPTED. The location and
boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be shown
on the zoning map amendment No. 75, which map is attached hereto
and made a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3.
in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLI'CATION. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in the
Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation
in said City of Carlsbad.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and be
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
the 15th day of November , 1966, and finally passed,
approved and adopted at a regular meeting held on the
December , 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
