ORDINANCE NO. 2027
AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONES.
he City Council Qf the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1: In that certain Fir District comprising the
entire City of Carlsbad, the following Fire Zones are created
and established:
A. Fire Zone One shall consist of the fallowing

Starting at a point in the centerline of State Street in line with the north property line of Lot 2, Seaside Lands, Map 1722, and proceeding west along the north property line of Lot 2 to the centerline of tne ATGSF Railroad tracks; thence south to a point in line with the centerline of Oak Street; thence east to the centerline of State Street; thence north to the centerline of the alley between Roosevelt Street and State Street; thence north'to the north property line of Lot 30, Seaside Lands, Map 1722; thence west to the centerline of State Street; and then north to the point of beginning.
3. Fire Zone Two shall consist of all property out-
side of Fire Zone One which is zoned C-1, C-2, C-M,
and M,
outside of Fire Zone One to any of the herein
named zones shall automatically cause said property
to be included within Fire Zone- Two, and the
changing of the zoning of any property within Fire
Zone Two to a zone other than C-1, Cw2, C-M, or M
shall automatically cause said property to be
included within Fire Zone Three.
The changing of the zoning of any property
C. Fire Zone Three shall consist of all other property
in the City of Carlsbad not included in Fire Zones
