AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD MAKING UNLAWFUL FIGHTING, OR CHALLENGING TO FIGHT IN A PUBLIC PLACE OR A PLACE WIILCH IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC‘
