ORDINANCE NO. 9209
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM
F CARLSBAD
ZONE R-A-10,000 TO ZONE C-1.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
follows:

SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED.
Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that

the following lands described be changed in z
to Zone C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial), said lands being situated in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described as:
e from Zone R-A-lO,OOO
Portion of Section 20, Township 12 South, Range 4 Nest, in Lot H of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823 in the City of Carlsbad; being portion of Parcel 10, Book 211, Page 020'of Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 80 ADOPTED. The location
and boundaries of said zone change, herein ordained, are to be
shown on the zoning map amendment No. 80, which map is attached
hereto and made a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final
passage.
SECTION 4. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published
once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
