AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CREATING A PLANNED INDUSTRIAL ZONE

plant materials shall be used, upon approval of the City

SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended by adding

SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE, This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on the thirty-first day frov and after its adopt-
ion,
SECTION 4: PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to he published
once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
circulation in said City of Carlsbad,
I First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
, 1968, and City of Carlsbad held on the ,16th day of July
finally passed, approved, and adopted at a regular Reeting held on
the 6th day of August , 1968, by the following vote, to wit:
