AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANENDING SECTION 304 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9050 REGARDING FILING FEES AND ADDING SECTION 550 TO
NO. 9050 REGARDING FILING FEE FOR SPE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
fol 1 ows :
SECTION 1: Section 304 of Ordinance No. 9050 is hereby ..
amended to read as follows:
"Section 304. FILING FEE.
is the greater."
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its adoption.
SECTION 3: PUBLICATION. The City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published
once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad held on the 20th day of August, 1968, and
finally passed, approved, and adopted at a regular meeting of the

Tentative Maps shall be accepted for filing only when
accompanied by a non-refundable filing fee in the amount of
$100.00 plus the sum of $2.00 per dwelling unit or $2.00 per
