SECTION 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NO. 86 ADOPTED. The
location and boundaries of said zone in ordained, are
o be shown on the zoning map amendment No. 86, which map is
attached hereto and made a part of the ordinance.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take
ffect immediately because it is for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health, and safety in that there is not suf-
ficient property of the herein created zon n the subject area
w industry to locate in the city and there is presently a
demand for such zone which must be created immediately in order
to allow such location of industry.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the

December 17, 1968, by the following vote
