AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING SECTION 16 OF ORDINANCE NO, 1087 REGARDING TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX
read as follows:
"SECTION 16: All net revenue from this tax after collection
costs have been deducted shall be used for park and recreation
capital acquisitions, the payment of wages of a cit loyee whose
duties relate directly to park and recreation activities, or for
the landscaping of public parks, parkways and buildings."
SECTION 2~: EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and
