AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING A SPECIFIC PLAN OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF EL CAMINO REAL AND HAYMAR DRIVE.

ORDAIN that a Specific Plan for the hereinafter described real
