AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEA ~ERLY CORNER OF EL-CAMINO REAL AND HAYMAR DRIVE.
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, RECLASS- IFYING FOR C-2 PURPOSE ON PROPERTY
e City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordinance No. 9060 is amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described real property
is reclassified for C-2 purposes, subject to the provisions
contained in Ordinance No. 9227, establishing a Specific Plan
for the f llowing described property, and as said Ordinance may
hereafter be amended, and that the zoning map referred to in
Section 302 of said Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed
accordingly:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days
