" ? .* AN ORDINANCE OF THE C Y OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 9060 CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-A-10 TO ZONE R-3 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does follows: SECTION 1. SECTION 302 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9060 AMENDED, Section 302 of Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended to provide that the following lands described be changed in zone from Zone R-A-10 to Zone R-3, said lands being situated in the itY of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, more particularly described as: hat portion of Tract 3 of L una Mesa Tracts, in he City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1719, he office of the Cou Y Recorder of said County, June 20, 192 TOGETHER WITH a the Southwesterly H f of County Road Survey No. 135 (known as Carlsbad Road) as shown on said Map No. 1779 as closed to vehicular traffic by the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County on June 28, 1948 and filed in Book 148, Page 50 of Supervisors Records, and being described as a whole Commencing at the intersection of the Westerly line of the 60.00 foot Easement for County Highway Road Survey No. 843 (now known as Jefferson Street) as described in deed to the County of San Diego, re- corded February 8, 1941, i 144, Page 30 of Official Records, with the sterly prolongs- Southwesterly line of said road between Routes 42 and 43 and delineated as "South 52°29'00" East" on said Map No. 1719; thence along said prolongation, said course and the Northwesterly prolongation there- of North 52O29'00" West, 272.15 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence retracing South 52O29'00" East to the center line of said Road Survey No. 135; thence Southeasterly along said center line to the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of said Tract 3; thence along said prolongation and said Easterly line South OOo02'OOit East to the Northeasterly corner of land described in Parcel 2 in deed to Tor Petterson, recorded March 19, 1959, in Book 7556, Page 200 of Official Records;- thence along the Northerly boundary of said Parc 2 of Petterson's land as follows: ly line of said stant thereon 26.25 that course in the center line of said Road 0. 135 which is opposite that course in the 1 2 I 3 L?: 5 6 e 9 1' 1 a 2 2 2 Northerly of the intersection of said Westerly line with the Southeasterly line of said Parcel 2 of said Petterson's land and South 65'18'47" West, 192.57 feet to an angle point therein; thence South 65'18'47'' West, 67.43 feet; thence Northerly in a straight line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
