ORDINANCE NO. 9244
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAB AMENDING
HE NQRTHWEST
to read as follows:
SECTION 1. That the folloMing described real property
is reclassified for R-3 purposess subject to the provisions
contained in Ordinance No. 9243, establishing a Specific Plan
for the folloMing described property, and as said Ordinance may
1311hereafter be amended, and that the zoning map referred to in
Section 302 of said Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed
accordingly:

I Easterly 180 feet of that Portion of Tract 237 of Thum
Lands Map 1681, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, being Parcel 3, Book 206
Page 5 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, and more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Office.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days
after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published at 1
once in the Carlsbad Journal 15 days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
21 I Council of the City of Carlsbad, California held the 18th day of

November, 1969, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of said City Council held the 2nd day of December, 1969
