ORDINANCE NO. 9246
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
A PRE-ANNEXATION CHANGE OF ZONE FROM AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060 BY GRANTING
COUNTY ZONING TO P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) ZONE, ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF INTERSTATE 5 AT POINSETTIR LANP AND BETWEEN CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND THE A.T. & S. F. RAILROAD AT POINSETTIA LANE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordinance No. 9060 is amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 1. That
reclassified for P-C
zoning map referred
the following described real property is
(Planned Community) purposes, and that the
o in Section 302 of said Ordinance No. 9060,
as amended, be changed accordingly:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION :
Those portions of Section 28 and Fractional Sectioh' 29, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, in the County of San Diego, State of California, being Parcels 24, 28,30,
and 32, Book 214, Page 170; and Parcels 3 and 5, Book 214, Page 150 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, fully described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days

after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal 15 days after its adoption.
