ORDINANCE NO. 1118
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMEND- ING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1103 REGARD- ING DOCUMENTARY TRANSFER TAX.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
follows:

Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1105 is hereby amended to read
"SECTION 5 - Any deed, instrument or writing
to which the United States or any agency or
territory, or political subdivision thereof
is a party shall be exempt from any tax im-
posed pursuant to this Ordinance when the

2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
151 force on the thirty-first day from and after its adoption.
3. PUBLICATION: The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
