ORDINANCE NO. 3080
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REPEALING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF ORDINANCES REGARDING PUBLIC OFFENSES.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
fol 1 ows :
1. SECTIONS 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 of Ordinance No. 3001, and
Ordinances No. 3022 and 3024 are repealed.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force on the thirty-first day from and after its adoption.
PUBLICATION: The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
directed to cause this ordinance to be published once
in the Carlsbad Journal, a newpaper published and of general
circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California held May 5, 1970, and thereafter
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council held May 19, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Mayor Dunne, Cmn. McComas Jardine, Castr-0 and Lewis
NOES : None.

I, MARGARET E. ADAMS, City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad,
California, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true and

date and by the vote therein recited.
