ORDINANCE NO. 4012
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ESTABLISHING
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
f 01 1 OMS :
1. Subsection (c) of Section 21 of Ordinance No. 4001 is
amended to read as follows:
"(c) There shall be a monthly charge of five dollars
($5.00) per month for all water connections
supplying non-metered water for fire sprinkler
purposes.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
