AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, RECLASSI- FYING FOR P-C (PLANNED COMMUNIT'i) PURPOSES, ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF MARINA DRIVE AND PARK DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, DOES
ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordinance No.
read as follows:
9060 is amended to 5
SECTION 1. That the following described real property is
reclassified for P-C (Planned Community) purposes, and that the
zoning map referred to in Section 302 of said Ordinance No. 9060,
as amended, be changed accordingly:

That Portion of Lot 1, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; being a portion of Parcel 34 and all of Parcel 31, Book 207, Page 10, of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, more particularly described in appli- cation on file in the City Planning Office.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after
its adoption and the Ci

INTRODUCED and FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California held thelgth day of
May, 1970 and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd day of June, 1970,
by the following vote to wit:
6 AYES : Mayor Dunne, Cmn. McComas, Castro and Lewis.
7 NOES: None.
