CF.DI??A.NCE 1120 REGARDING PERSONNEL MERIT SYSTEfI.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as

1. The first sentence of Section 4 of Ordinance No, 1120 is
anended to read as follows:
It Darscnnel rules, prepared by the Personnel Officer sub- ject to this Ordinance and to revisions by the Council, shall be adopted, and may be amended frcm time to time, by resolution af the Council ."
2. Section 9 of Crdinancs No. 1120 is repealed.
